  Customer service used to be good and has really gone down the past couple of months. The people who work there are not problem solvers. Their answer is "I don't know", "I'll call you back"...which they NEVER do. I have been trying to order a pair of jeans for a month now and all I get is all of the above. I just called and told whoever I was talking to my issue she listened attentively and then said "I need to put you on hold I am helping other customers." I don't like that store anymore and will not shop there.
