  I literally went to every Jewelry Store in Carlsbad, CA and Stephen Foster was by far the best on all fronts! He is very friendly and passionate about his business. Also, he makes custom pieces and does an excellent job and is willing to work with you in every way possible. Some of his competitors like Mulloys and Famulare barely even give you the time of day unless your looking to buy right away. Stephen walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable in selecting the best ring. I HIGHLY recommend Foster's Fine Jewlery as Stephen will bend over backwards to get you exactly what your looking for and the best quality and deal possible.
