I love this product but there are never enough people working it takes forever....that being said I just stood at the counter for 15 min. While Edith (yes I had time to notice her name) served another customer and didn't even act like she saw me not a "hi I'll be right with you" or anything she simply acted like I wasn't even there... so rude I'll be ordering off line from now on.
