  I am so happy with the service from this location! I am from the East coast and was sending an arrangement to someone staying in the San Diego area. I was so worried it wouldnt arrive on time and they went above and beyond to make sure it did! I worked with Jay and he was awesome.

  NEW MANAGEMENT!! The other reviews are older, the people running it now just took over. I just got a Beautiful arrangement sent to my work. I have to tell you, the best bananas ever!! They're half white half dark chocolate, and they were amazing!! All the fruit was perfectly fresh, and I had zero complaints EXCEPT that I had to fight my co-workers for everything, LOL!! I'm telling you, give this location a shot, they won't disappoint! I wish I could order from them more often!!

  Bad experience. Then, so much time getting order placed. I especially requested chocolate covered strawberries and there was no chocolate covered anything in the arrangement. I asked if they could put a few in the arrangement even if I had to pay extra. They said yes. When I originally called in, I emphasized that I really wanted to send chocolate covered strawberries. It was repeated so much in the conversation that I really feel like it was left out intentionally. Very disappointed. Even if it was the Easter weekend, they should have got my order right just like every other order. I am sure that they won't either partially, or fully, return any of my money. I don't trust them now. Chocolate was important. I wish that they could have understood that.
