  I recently had a bad experience at a Midas automotive shop and long story short, I left with a destroyed tire and with no knowledge my tire was even being worked on while I was there. I'd only purchased a set of 4 new tires from Costco a few months prior so when the Costco tire center told me someone had worked on my tire in Midas I was in shock. Technically, because someone else worked on the tire it was now out of warranty but thankfully Costco saw past that. James, Ben and Kyle at Costco Carlsbad tire center were super understanding and compassionate to my situation and within a couple days my tire was replaced and I was safely back on the road again. What started with a deceiving and shady situation at Midas ended in such a great experience with these guys. They were helpful and informative and on top of that the nicest guys. I trust them with my car any day and will be a loyal customer to Costco - thanks James, Ben & Kyle!! 11/10 customer service :) Highly, highly recommend!
