- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 28, 2019, by Ian AndersonPhone will not download new update and is severely glitchy. Went in to see if someone could help me and they told me it would be a 6 1/2 hour wait. They gave me a service number to call that was unable to fix any of my phone's issues. Tried to go online and schedule a meeting at the "Genius" bar. No appointments available. At all. Not even over a week out. There seems to be plenty of sales staff, but no one available for service.
